To be thought of for careers in each of the accounting and finance tracks, candidates should have an undergraduate or advanced diploma in accounting, finance or another related self-discipline. Strong analytical and communications skills, in addition to the flexibility to collaborate, are necessary. Experience with authorities contracting and budgeting and the possession of extra licenses, certifications and other postsecondary schooling is extremely coveted.
